A complete trenchless rehab program under one roof.

Inspection through structural repair — every service below is delivered by CEI's own crews on CEI's own equipment. That's how we hold schedule, hold quality, and hold accountability on public projects.

Supporting capabilities

Everything the specs typically call for — handled.

CIPP and manhole work rarely arrive alone. CEI provides the supporting services that keep a rehab project on schedule and on budget.

Bypass pumping

Sized-to-flow bypass setups with redundant pumps, silenced enclosures, and 24/7 monitoring — sized off actual flow data, not guesswork.

Point repairs & sectional liners

Sectional CIPP for isolated defects, plus mechanical point repairs where the pipe geometry or condition rules out a full-length liner.

Lateral reinstatement

Robotic cutter reinstatement of every service lateral after lining, with post-cut CCTV verification included in every deliverable.

Traffic control & MOT

FDOT-standard MOT plans, signage, and flagging — coordinated with the municipality and adjusted daily to keep residents moving.

Not sure which scope you need?

Send the CCTV report or the drawings. We'll tell you what the pipe actually needs — and what it doesn't.
